Blü Egyptian are from Chico, Ca. They emphatically play original music encompassing bluegrass, rock, funk, latin and ska for the ultimate dance party! They have been touring the west coast non-stop for the last year, playing many festivals in Northern California this summer including renegade sets at High Sierra Music Festival, Hogfarm Hideaway, Hangtown Music Festival and California Worldfest. Their fall tour has taken them to L.A. and all the way up to Seattle. They have been recording their live shows for a future live release to come out January 1, 2023. Formed in 2020, Blü Egyptian met in the recording arts program in school and became a band when the schools closed during the pandemic. During that time, they released a 4-song EP “Lotüs” in January 2021. They released their first full length album “Blü Egyptian” in June 2021. The new album "Dame Un Segundo" was released in May 2022 with continuous touring of the west coast and beyond.
