•Stephen Such is the new owner of Falling Sky Brewing, taking over from Rob Cohen who founded the company in 2012.
• The locations offer Falling Sky brews and soda and a food menu that features made-in-house ingredients such as bread and cured meats.
• Under Cohen, Falling Sky expanded to three different locations in its first four years: first the brewpub, then the delicatessen and finally, the pizzeria on the University of Oregon campus.
• Such plans to get beloved Falling Sky brews on track for better distribution at more tap houses and restaurants. He's also looking to play off the strengths of each location by fortifying pub atmosphere of Brewpub or emphasizing food focus at Delicatessen.
